- Conducting Inspection Of Various Assets Including Residential, Commercial And Industrial Properties / Assets Etc. as per the process and requirement,
- Checking And Preparing Valuation/ property appraisal Report, overall responsibility of the quality of report.
- Monitoring TAT To Achieve Monthly Target
- Co-Ordination With Bank’s/NBFC’s To Solve Technical Query and smooth business operation
- Learning/updating Valuation Approaches methodology and proper execution in day to day activities.
- Identify The Replacement Cost/Market Values Of The Assets Through Market Surveys.
- Developing And Maintaining Business Relations With Banks/ Institutions.
- Ensure efficient team activities and harmonious working environment in the office.
Education Required : Diploma in Civil or BE in Civil
Experience Required : 1-4 years
Minimum 1 year experience required in Property Valuation profile
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
