Job Description:
Position: Full time

Designation: Sales / Relationship Coordinator - Private Residences

Qualification-Any Graduate

Goal: Making a sales pitch - the “Yes” decision for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to incoming enquires and make outgoing calls with regard to our Private Residences.
- Generating enquires from the database provided.
- Producing potential database from existing contacts.
- Capturing the right target audience from the provided database.
- Generating and maintaining reports as directed.
- Fixing appointments with potential client with regular follow-ups.
- Co-ordination with implementation of marketing campaigns for our Private Residences.
- Production of reports and collection of payments when required.
- Visit to Project Locations when required.
- Assistance with the purchase procedure and documentation of contracts and sale deeds pertaining to land dealings with buyers and seller.
- Being of assistance to Vice President and General Manager.
- Market Research and Analysis with Implementation
- Ensuring Organized Maintenance of the Database
- Responsible for the clearance of department bills

Requirement:

- Should be a ‘People Lover’ with an interest Customer Communication
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Being proactive with a vibrant and positive attitude.
- A passion/interest for Acting is an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, CRM is an added advantage Knowledge or experience of working on Microsoft Office; any added knowledge on Google Sheet, will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Social Media platforms
- Open to acquire Customer Relationship Management skills.
- Sales experience with a luxury or a premium product/service is an added advantage

**Salary**: From ₹28,000.00 per month
