Roles and responsibilities:

- Responsible for executing client related engagements in the areas of governance, risk & compliance, internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures, revenue assurance
- Conduct audit by taking into account Financial, Risk, Proprietary and Operational perspective
- Maintain audit working papers and report the findings/recommendations to management along with management responses
- Manage Audit on day-to-day basis & preparing the consolidated report on periodic basis and sending to the management
- Facilitate closure of action items arising out of audits through tracking of open audit issues
- Actively establish client (process owner/functional heads) and internal relationships
- Assist the Head
- Internal Audit in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives
- Exposure to Audit Committees and given presentations at Senior Management Level
- Evaluating Internal Financial Controls (IFC), Internal Controls over Financial Reporting
- Internal Audits of Manufacturing Audits
- SEBI Compliance/Certification
- Investment Audits, Concurrent Audits as per IRDAI guidelines/rules
- Assistance in Risk Based Internal Audit implementation
- Concurrent Audits for Brokers and Deposit Participation
- Systems Audits as well as Cyber Security and Resilience framework.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
