**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Education Counselor located in Raipur. As a Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, detailing company products and services, and addressing any customer inquiries. In addition, you will handle customer orders, maintain a database of customer information, and provide excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer issues in a professional manner
- Experience working in a customer service or sales environment
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a Master's degree, MBA is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
