**Job Title**: Staff Nurse

**Department**: Nursing

**Reports To**: Doctor

**Job Summary**:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established hospital policies, procedures, and protocols. The role includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care based on nursing principles and protocols.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Participate in ward rounds and team meetings.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in critical care when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing)
- **License**: Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of [Your Country/State]
- **Experience**: [0-2] years for entry-level; [3+ years] preferred for experienced roles

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations

- Basic computer literacy and documentation skills
- Team player with good organizational abilities

**Work Conditions**:

- Rotational shifts including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Standing for extended periods and assisting in physically demanding tasks
- Exposure to infectious materials and chemicals

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
