**About Sirius Clean Tech Private Limited**

We are an alternative propulsion company focusing on hydrogen fuel cells and EVs for mobility and aviation logistics.

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Identification of potential suppliers and finalization of suppliers based on R&D requirements
2. Preliminary discussion for developing/sourcing the part with supplier.
3. Procuring quotation from identified supplier, Comparison of quotation of suppliers and preparation of comparative statement
4. Settlement & negotiation of prices with vendors, based on process with supplier.
5. Creating Purchase Orders in ERP software followed with approval note.
6. Coordination with supplier and quality department for quality issues and corrective action at supplier end accordingly
7. Coordination for design changes (Engineering change) implementation
8. Material procurement & planning as per production plan along with the coverage of material and inventories in hand.
9. Giving forecast to the suppliers in accordance with the rolling plan.
10. Follow up with the accounts for timely payment to the suppliers.
11. Inventory control & management in order to avoid ageing of material.
12. New Vendor development for alternate sourcing to reduce the raw material cost.
13. Arrange the samples from Vendors as per the drawings for evaluation and testing purpose.
14. Tracking and maintaining logistics record for dispatched material
15. Creating Purchase inward entry for each component/part
16. Preparation of weekly inventory reports
17. Minimization of the quality problems, new improvements & co-ordination for the free replacement of parts with the supplier.

**Required Skills**:
Hands on experience in ERP software
Ambitious & Goal oriented.
Negotiation skills (Price & Incoterms)
Costing Knowledge
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
