Service Crew

Just Loaf American Cuisine is a well-established restaurant chain with four outlets in Kerala, known for serving delicious American dishes in a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Service Crew members. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and want to be part of a dynamic culinary experience, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Service:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders, answer questions, and provide menu recommendations.
- Ensure prompt and attentive service throughout the dining experience.

2. Order Management:

- Accurately record customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Monitor order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle special requests and dietary restrictions professionally.

3. Table Maintenance:

- Set up and prepare tables for incoming guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas.
- Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate food service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Support your team members during busy shifts.

5. Upselling and Promotion:

- Promote daily specials and upsell additional menu items when appropriate.
- Enhance the overall dining experience by providing suggestions and recommendations.

6. Payment Processing:

- Handle bill payments accurately and efficiently.
- Process transactions, including cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.

7. Compliance:

- Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
