Role:
Supervise laser cutting operations with a focus on efficiency and precision.

**Responsibilities**:
Utilize AutoCAD for design and nesting.

Operate and oversee sheet metal laser cutting machines.

Ensure maximum cutting depth of 16mm is maintained.

**Experience**:
3 to 5 years of experience in laser cutting supervision.

Proficient in AutoCAD and nesting techniques.

Machine Operation:
Hands-on experience with sheet metal laser cutting machines.

Monitor and troubleshoot machine issues.

Quality Control:
Enforce strict quality standards in laser cutting.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure precision.

Supervision:
Lead a team of laser cutting operators.

Provide guidance for process optimization.

Safety Compliance:
Implement and enforce safety protocols.

Conduct regular safety training for the team.

Reporting:
Generate reports on machine efficiency and productivity.

Communicate production status to management.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
