**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement best practices and governance policies for Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint to ensure compliance, security, and data protection
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Microsoft 365, and SharePoint to support business processes and workflows
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support for Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on technology strategies that support the company's goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint to continuously improve the company's technology solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint solutions
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint environments, including configuration, deployment, and maintenance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint solutions
- Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions in Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of information security and data protection best practices
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for administration and automation
- Knowledge of related technologies
