Salesman

At **Oswal Steel**, we specialize in delivering high-quality **home appliances** designed for modern living. Known for our reliability and customer-first approach, we are expanding our retail and distribution network and are looking for enthusiastic **Salesmen** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting home appliances that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits clearly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and new launches.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups effectively.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock display.
- Coordinate with the inventory and delivery team for timely order fulfillment.
- Keep records of sales and customer feedback for reporting purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of home appliances like refrigerators, washing machines, air coolers, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Minimum education: 12th pass or equivalent.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
