**Job Title**: _Brand Promotion & Strategy Executive_

**Location**: Head Office, VTR Industries Pvt Ltd

**Experience**: 1 - 5 years

**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive, creative and driven **Brand Promotion & Strategy Executive** to join our head office team. In this role, you will lead brand building and promotional activities across media, digital, and social channels. You will work closely with the Sales Head to align promotion plans with sales strategy and budgets. You will also manage external collaborations and third-party firms for executing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, plan, and execute branding & promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and reputation across all media (traditional, social media, digital).
- Coordinate with the Head of Sales to align on promotion plans, target markets, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights; use these to inform strategies.
- Oversee content creation for social media, digital campaigns, off-line media, etc.
- Manage external agencies / vendors / third-party firms for design, media buying, PR, digital ads, influencer tie-ups, etc.
- Track campaign performance; analyze metrics; prepare reports; suggest optimizations.
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels.
- Assist in budgeting for promotions; ensure that spend is in control and delivers ROI.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing, social media, and media tech trends, tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field).
- 1 to 5 years’ experience in brand promotion / marketing / media / digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media & digital marketing channels.
- Good communication, content creation, copywriting skills.
- Experience working with third-party agencies / vendors.
- Analytical mindset; ability to handle budgets; measure performance.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Sales.

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
- Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), as per applicable norms
- Yearly increments based on performance
