**Job Title**: Warehouse Manager
**Location**: Borivali
**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, dispatch coordination, resource allocation, and logistics. The role ensures efficient handling of goods, adherence to documentation standards, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Logistics & Courier Management**:
- Track, follow up, and update courier deliveries.
- Download courier receipts for reference and documentation.
- Verify courier bills and logistics tempo bills (2-3 times a month) and forward them to accounts.
- Confirm and coordinate with courier companies/personnel for delivery updates.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Maintain stock balance for all locations, rentals, and replacements.
- Execute stock transfers across warehouse, All locations.
- Conduct monthly physical stock checks at 2 locations in Mumbai
- Assist in aging stock and monthly stock reporting.
- **Purchase & Billing**:
- Handle purchase entries and sales transactions.
- Manage sales returns, purchase returns, and demo spare account billing.
- Process and verify purchase bills, rename files, and save them appropriately.
- Ensure all sales/internal/demo bills are signed by the salesperson, internal auditor, and clients within the stipulated timeline.
- **Material Handling & Storage**:
- Ensure proper storage of materials.
- Conduct material checks, including serial numbers and damage assessments.
- Oversee the return of demo products with all accessories (e.g., remotes).
- Facilitate the proper packaging of outward materials.
- **Delivery & Dispatch Coordination**:
- Confirm deliveries/demos with salespersons before dispatch.
- Coordinate with vendors for products and dispatch, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
- Book porters for pick-up and drops as required.
- Support delivery personnel with loading/unloading tasks.
- Manage daily pending deliveries and ensure timely execution.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:
- Maintain logbooks for inward/outward entries and audit them for pending returns.
- Prepare and submit stock reports, DARs, and credit statements.
- Verify bills to ensure all details are filled in and signed accurately.
- Maintain the challan book and file project/client records systematically.
- **Team & Resource Management**:
- Manage staff allocation and resource utilization effectively.
- Guide and supervise delivery boys during loading and unloading operations.
- Work closely with HODs during stock verification visits.
- **Other Responsibilities**:
- Submit porter bills, credit statements, and vouchers to accounts.
- Audit and maintain the KRA of reportees.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Proficiency in billing and documentation processes.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Leadership skills to manage teams and ensure smooth operations.
- Attention to detail in verifying stock, bills, and dispatches.
**Educational & Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
