**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. This role ensures a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for guests, staff, and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas.
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Handle and store cleaning products and equipment safely.
- Adhere to company hygiene and safety policies at all times.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
- Follow standard operating procedures and daily cleaning checklists.
- Assist with laundry operations as needed (optional based on employer).

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good physical condition; ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks.

**Working Conditions**:
