Counsellor

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide immigration counseling to clients who want to move to a foreign country for work, study or settlement
- Help clients understand the immigration laws, policies and procedures of the destination country
- Conduct pre-assessment of clients' eligibility for various immigration programs
- Advise clients on the best immigration program(s) that suits their needs and goals
- Communicate with immigration authorities and agencies on behalf of clients
- Provide post-landing services, such as airport pickup, accommodation, and settlement assistance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as counseling, psychology, international relations, or law (preferred)
- At least one year of relevant work experience in immigration counseling or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office and database management systems
