Field Technician

IKIN is seeking a skilled and reliable **Field Technician** to join our team. The technician will be responsible for the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and timely maintenance of our range of **smart locks** at client locations. This role involves frequent travel within the assigned area.
- Perform installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of smart lock systems at customer sites.
- Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure on-time completion of scheduled service visits and maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical support and training to clients regarding product usage and features.
- Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional interaction and timely resolution of complaints.
- Coordinate with the backend support team for parts, service updates, and issue escalation.
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards during all site visits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
