EHS Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce **EHS policies** in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Conduct **risk assessments** and develop **mitigation plans** for workplace hazards.
- Ensure compliance with **OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001**, and other relevant safety regulations.
- Investigate **accidents/incidents**, determine root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
- Provide **EHS training** to employees on safety procedures and emergency response.
- Conduct regular **safety audits and inspections** to identify and address potential risks.
- Maintain and update **EHS documentation** and records.
- Coordinate with **regulatory agencies** for inspections and compliance reporting.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: NEBOSH-IGC, Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 **years** in EHS roles, preferably in **[industry: refinery, petrochemical, construction, etc.]**:

- Strong knowledge of **EHS regulations, hazard analysis, and risk management.**:

- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Certification in **first aid, fire safety, or industrial hygiene** is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Night shift
