Job Description
- Ensure using self login ID

Verifies all necessary document and technical details mandatory for claims processing

Verifies Previously Consumed amount

Verifies enrollment details and Duration of patients Stay in Hospital

Keeping claim pending if any document is missing and need to keep pending twice

Ensure compliance all mandatory documents

Ensure Communicating with Network hospitals regarding pending cases

Monitor fraudulent activity/ practices of NWH

Analysis and reporting claims data

Ensure claims processing as per Adjudication guidelines

ensure Claim settled within TAT

Any work assigned by the Rajeev Gandhi Jeevandayee Arogya Yojana Society from time to time.

Attend Repudiated claim appeal (rejected and reduction claim cases) and resolve it daily

If found any mandatory document missing or discrepancy then seek document compliance

Inform hospital regarding the same

Process the claim as per adjudication guidelines

Ensure communication for Any updates or new development in claim and Pre-auth guidelines

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
