Store Keeper

1. Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received

2. Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock.

3. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to Production manager

4. Maintains the store, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.

5. Ensure the availability of stock at all times in the store.

6. Ensure that the wastage of the raw and finish good materials is minimum by using FIFO method.

7. Obtain telephonic quotes; select supply sources and makes purchases within purchasing authority.

8. Prepare specifications for material and products; obtains specific product or equipment requirements from production team; locates and picks up supplies from local vendors; issues supplies and fills requisitions.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
