A Social Media Executive plays a key role in managing and growing a brand’s online presence. Here are some of the main responsibilities and tasks associated with this role:

- **Content Creation**: Developing and curating content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) that is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with marketing goals.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Assisting in the creation and execution of social media strategies to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive traffic or sales.
- **Community Engagement**: Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and active community around the brand.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitoring social media metrics (likes, shares, comments, etc.), analyzing performance, and preparing reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Keeping up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand is utilizing the latest features and staying relevant.
- **Campaign Management**: Assisting in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- **Collaborations and Influencer Outreach**: Identifying and reaching out to influencers or brands for potential collaborations to increase reach and visibility.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensuring all social media posts and interactions align with the company’s overall brand tone, voice, and values.
- **Crisis Management**: Addressing any negative comments or PR issues on social media in a professional manner and escalating if needed.

Overall, a Social Media Executive needs a mix of creativity, communication skills, and analytical abilities to effectively manage a company’s social media presence.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
