**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Analysing accounts through Preliminary Information Memorandums (PIMs) received from

banks and other lenders to sell their NPA accounts and conducting financial and legal due

diligence of the shortlisted accounts.
- Preparation of required notes and documents for approval from competent authority.
- Compliance of ARC related prudential guidelines by RBI.
- Preparing and Executing transaction documents such as Offer Document, Assignment

Agreement, Investment Proposals for the accounts to be acquired.

Requirement & Skills

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Dadar, Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Dadar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
