**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to potential customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our Amazon listings, including product features, availability, and order statuses.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales and support team to follow up on leads and assist with closing sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
- Assist with post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience**:as a Tele Caller or in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **multiple regional Indian languages, including Hindi, Gujarati, and English**.
- **Proficiency in English** with the ability to read, write, and listen effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
