**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging and comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and other appropriate methods.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in school events, activities, and professional development opportunities.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Inculcate moral values and ethics in students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Proven experience teaching Social Science at the secondary level is preferred.
