**Job Title: Junior Architect/ Architect / Senior Architect**

**Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Execute the design process to achieve design intent and exceed client expectations.
- Lead and contribute through all project stages on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage relationships with clients and consultants to ensure alignment between client objectives and project outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet project requirements.
- Prepare and present design proposals, concept drawings, and presentations to clients.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections, using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to assess project feasibility and progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 3-8 years of experience working as an Architect or Senior Architect.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and corporate sector projects is required.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
