- Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for managing and upkeep of the branch - Manage a team of 5 PSFs - Cross-sell/Upsell FD & other investment products - Acquisition target - Catchment area mapping - Data distributions to PSFs - Conduct localized marketing events**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in customer relationship management - Previous exposure/knowledge of customer service is essential - Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with business units / managers for managing day-to-day business - Ability to effectively communicate and implement policies and procedures - Ability to manage a team across a diverse range of processes within an operational environment. - Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation of staff in an ever-changing environment
