ü On-time checking & preparation of documents/ plans, architectural drawings & cross check with municipal drawing
- Ensuring new consultants are appointed in close co-ordination with seniors.
- Ensuring optimum usage of Floor Area Ratio (FAR) or Floor Space Index (FSI)/ Value Engineer for product & material interms of cost.
- Ensuring feasibility for new project plots for Business development.
- Co-ordination with Sales & Marketing team for Marketing material & Sales plan etc.
- Co-ordination with external architect for new project design option & checking for the same. Checking of Municipal approvals with working drawings.

**What we are looking for?**
- Diploma in Architecture (mandatory), Bachelor in Architecture (Desirable) with 8-10years of experience.
- Knowledge of Architectural drawing ,Rcc,mep,facad, roads, drainage, fire-fighting municipal rules.
- Demonstrates expertise level skill to check drawings.
- Knowledge of Residential and commercial projects.
- Demonstrates creative,analytical ability to modify drawings as per site conditions.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
