**About Role-**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Identify Investment Opportunities**
- Research to find opportunities in the Fintech domain
- Meet founders to evaluate the startups
- Prepare notes and present them to the investment committee
- Co-ordinate and maintain relationships with venture partners to source investment opportunities
- Creating a network of entrepreneurs

**Venture Brand Building**
- Support to build the LenDenClub Alpha brand by leveraging digital and offline tools.
- Connect with potential venture firms, accelerators, and incubators to create brand awareness
- Work with the brand, PR, and marketing teams to run various campaigns

**Strategy, Research & Other**
- Researching marketing dynamics, benchmarking startups in the relevant sectors
- Tracking deal activities in the FinTech sectors
- Continue to evolve the investment thesis to match the changing ecosystem
- Assist with deal execution, documentation, and due-diligence
- Manage some of the assigned portfolio companies to assist them with their growth
- Launch new initiatives to help early-stage startups in their growth journey

**Requirements**:
