Storekeeper

**Qualification**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate's Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory management, or storekeeping role, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
- Proven experience managing HVAC parts and materials inventory.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Storekeeper to join our team. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely order fulfillment
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
- Procure materials and supplies as needed
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency
- Utilize Tableau or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
- Coordinate dispatching activities for outgoing shipments
- Familiarity with AS400 system for inventory management
- Maintain a well-organized warehouse space
- Support supply chain operations as required

**Skills**
- Proficiency in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems
- Experience in order fulfillment processes
- Strong supplier management skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors
- Knowledge of procurement procedures
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Experience in dispatching activities within a warehouse setting
- Proficiency in using AS400 system for inventory control
- Understanding of supply chain operations and logistics

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
