 Job Descriptions:
 Carry out Raw Material/Stage/Final Inspection of Fabricated items like Vessels, Tanks, Piping, Skids

and Structural at sub vendor’s places as per approved (Internal & Client) Quality Plans.

 Also need to carry out Inspection of Rotating Equipment like Pumps, Blowers, Agitators/Mixers and

Valves as per approved Quality Plans.

 Carry out Material / Stage / Final Inspection of External and Internal coating like Internal

Rubber/PTFE/Coating lining on Vessels, Tanks and Piping at shop floor and also sub vendor’s places.

 Carrying out Inspections as above self or along with client as per approved (Internal & Client) Quality

Plans.

 Preparation of reports and observations summary, and all applicable documentations as per MDB..

 Preparation of Final Documentation (MDB) as per client approved MDB index & submission to client.

 Preparation of all Required Inspection Reports and Approval Documents as per plan like Hydro test

report, Pneumatic test report, PMI check report, WPS/PQR,

 Review and approval on WPS from sub vendors and carry out the PQR, Qualification of Welders.

 Monitoring on the Welding Process on fabricated items from Root run to Final Pass according to

client requirement.

 Execution of all Non-Destructive Testing as per Codes, Standards and client specs.
