**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce video news reports covering topics such as market trends, stock market updates, economic indicators, and investment strategies.
- **Report on Real Estate Industry Updates**:

- Stay informed about developments, trends, and news in the real estate industry, including property markets, housing trends, and commercial real estate.
- Create video news reports on topics such as property market analysis, real estate investment opportunities, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector.
- **Conduct Interviews and Research**:

- Conduct interviews with industry experts, analysts, and stakeholders to gather insights and perspectives on relevant topics.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy, credibility, and depth in news reporting.
- **Script Writing and Presentation**:

- Write clear and concise scripts for video news reports, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to journalistic standards.
- Present news reports in a professional and engaging manner, maintaining a strong on-camera presence and connecting with viewers effectively.
- **Video Production and Editing**:

- Collaborate with video production teams to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for news reports and social media.
- Ensure that video content is visually appealing, well-paced, and effectively communicates key messages to the audience.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging topics in the investment and real estate sectors.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve video news reporting techniques and storytelling approaches.

**Qualifications**:

- Optional: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience as a news reporter, video journalist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of on-camera work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and real estate dynamics.
- Strong research, interviewing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in video production tools, editing software, and on-camera presentation techniques.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and startup like culture.
