The Call Centre Executive responsibilities and duties are outlined in the key areas below

Ø Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services as per terms and conditions of the Company.

Ø To Collect advance payments against all orders

Ø To Send Quotation to the Doctors for making payments against the orders.

Ø Accurately recording details of doctor’s purchase orders.

Ø Processing all doctors purchases accordingly.

Ø Generating promising leads for sales to pursue.

Ø Managing doctors accounts by ensuring that existing doctors remain satisfied with company products and services.

Ø Developing and sustaining solid relationships with doctors to encourage repeat business.

Ø Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to doctors’ rejections.

Ø Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on doctors' needs and preferences.

Ø Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Ø Ensure resolution of Customers queries and unresolved queries to be escalated to senior officials.

Ø Upgrade knowledge through continual training through Enebley portals and training sessions organised by the organisation.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,196.34 per month
