**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented CA Inter Staff member to join our finance team.

Job Location : Kalyan Silks Corporate Office, Thrissur, Kuriachira

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Accounting:

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.

2. Auditing:

- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with established internal controls and audit standards.

3. Taxation:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and laws.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget variances and report on financial performance.

5. Statutory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Keep up to date with changes in accounting regulations and standards.

6. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

7. Financial Analysis:

- Perform financial analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Identify trends and provide insights into financial performance.

8. Coordination:

- Coordinate with other departments for financial information and requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- CA Inter qualified.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent MS Excel skills and ability to analyze large sets of data.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and statutory requirements.
