We offer a variety of art workshops, including drawing classes, designed to inspire and develop artistic skills in participants of all ages. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Drawing Teacher to join our team and lead these efforts.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Class Instruction**:

- Plan, prepare, and conduct engaging drawing classes and workshops for participants of all ages and skill levels.
- Teach a variety of drawing techniques, including pencil, charcoal, ink, and pastels.
- Demonstrate fundamental drawing concepts such as perspective, shading, anatomy, and composition.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop lesson plans that cater to the needs and interests of participants, incorporating both classical and contemporary drawing styles.
- Create instructional materials and resources for students to use during and after classes.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Encourage creativity and self-expression through drawing projects.
- Provide individual support and constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment where students feel confident and inspired to explore their artistic abilities.
- **Workshop Management**:

- Organize and maintain the drawing studio or workshop space, ensuring that all necessary materials and tools are available.
- Manage class schedules and maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
- Collaborate with the store manager and other team members to coordinate class offerings and special events.
- **Promotion and Outreach**:

- Assist in promoting drawing classes through social media, cafe events, and community outreach.
- Participate in exhibitions, art shows, and other events to showcase student work and attract new participants.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in drawing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of techniques and styles. Previous teaching experience is highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Expertise in various drawing techniques and the ability to teach them effectively. Strong understanding of artistic principles and the ability to communicate them clearly.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students of all ages.
- **Patience and Enthusiasm**: Ability to patiently guide students through the learning process, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to different teaching scenarios, from one-on-one sessions to larger group workshops.
