Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships with customers, and negotiate sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities, identify market trends, and provide feedback to the management team.
5. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management team.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in agricultural parts sales, preferably with a focus on Straw Reapers and Land Levelers.
3. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery, farming practices, and soil conservation techniques.
4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
