**Position: Order Fulfillment Associate for sales department of a dairy at Marine Lines, Mumbai**

Qualifications Required**:Graduate**

Experience Required**:2-4 years of experience in fulfilling orders and ensuring client satisfaction.**

Other skills required: Well versed with MS Office.

Job Responsibility:

- Liaise with customers, document and process their orders, and ensure that the products are received on time. The responsibilities include quoting prices of the items ordered, finalizing delivery timings and dates, preparing invoices, and dealing with customer queries.
- Must verify customer and order information for accuracy, inform customers about delivery details, and recommend products that will meet customers’ needs. Will establish excellent customer relations and keep the clients informed about the status of their orders.
- Receiving orders from customers via mail, phone, or other electronic means.
- Obtaining customers’ details and billing information, and entering the information correctly on the order form.
- Co-ordinate with sister shops for receiving and dispatching orders.
- Co-ordinate with Production department regarding orders for both customers and sister shops.
- Informing customers about prices, delivery dates, timings and anticipated delays.
- Preparing invoices.
- Forwarding information to the correct departments for delivery of the order.
- Inspecting outgoing orders to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Recommending products that will meet or improve upon customers’ needs.
- Should be willing to work 6 days a week, with rotating Weekly off
- **Willing to work shifts with Timings-**:

- **7.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. (ladies) OR 3.00 p.m. to 11.30 p.m.**

Type of the Organization**: 104 Year old family-run Dairy based in Mumbai, making high end quality dairy products and Indian sweets.

Type of engagement: Full time, permanent, Work-from-office position

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
