**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive agency business growth by recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the agent base and improve productivity.
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and mentoring to advisors to enhance performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business success.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 6-10 years in insurance sales, preferably in the agency channel.
- **Education**: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to drive results in a target-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
