Strong design skills using AutoCAD, Rhino, InDesign, Sketchup, Revit, 3d studio, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Should be adept in drafting architectural plans along with high-quality detailing.
- Must have a strong foothold in photorealistic rendering and a prior experience of having worked with it.
- Should have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
- Expertise in layout,colour,lighting and materials selection
- Must have a good knowledge of directions, map, structural design and Vaastu.
- Ability to work within strict budgets and deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Have strong prioritization and organization skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Need to have knowledge about MEP.
- Make on site visits
- Ensure all works are carried out as per the design.
- Should take the control of the project right from the development phase until the handover.
