We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic and dedicated female telecallers to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain product/service offerings, and generate leads.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information as required.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer information.
Meet performance targets related to call volume, sales, or other key metrics.
Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
Assist in customer retention and satisfaction efforts.
**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills (Fluency in Hindi and English).
Pleasant and confident voice with strong interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Ability to handle customer objections and rejections professionally.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
