Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them.

Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and disruptions to operations.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.

Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades when necessary.

Manage inventory of electrical parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability for repairs.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in electrical technology and industry best practices.

Participate in the development of maintenance budgets and cost-control initiatives.

Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.

Problem-solving skills to identify and address complex electrical issues.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
