JOB TITLE:

- Architectural Draftsman

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Architectural Draftsman with good knowledge of Working drawing and detailing in MD & Rera calculations. Must be well versed with builder projects and coordination with MEP & Structural Consultants.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Proficiency in CAD software and other drafting tools, as well as knowledge of architectural and engineering principles and practices.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other professionals.

Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements related to architectural design and construction.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve technical issues.

A degree or diploma in architecture, drafting, engineering, or a related field is typically required, along with relevant work experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- 3 to 5yrs.
