**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:**Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, implement, and release new features, as well as improve existing features.
**Code Quality and Best Practices**: Ensure that high-quality, clean code is written by performing code reviews, writing unit tests, and following best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.**Performance Optimization**: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and improve app performance to provide a seamless user experience on both iOS and Android devices.**Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing**: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, crashes, and other issues to ensure the app remains stable and user-friendly.
- ** Continuous Learning**: Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure your skills remain cutting-edge.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2+ years of experience in **React Native**.
- **Proficient in React Native**: Strong understanding of React Native architecture and the mobile development ecosystem, including native modules and platform-specific code.
- **Frontend Expertise**: Proficiency in **JavaScript/TypeScript**, **JSX**, and **Animations** in React Native. Experience with state management libraries like **Redux** or **Context API**.
- **Mobile Development**: Deep understanding of mobile development concepts such as memory management, UI responsiveness, and handling device-specific features and optimizations.
- **Version Control**: Familiarity with Git and Git workflows (GitHub).
- **API Integration**: Hands-on experience working with **RESTful APIs** and handling asynchronous operations effectively.
- **
Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues efficiently and effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** Native Development**: Experience with **iOS (Swift, Objective-C)** or **Android (Java/Kotlin)** development is a plus.**Jetpack Compose**: Familiarity with **Jetpack Compose** and modern Android UI development practices.**Advanced React Native**: Experience with advanced **React Native** features such as custom native modules, performance tuning, and native code integration.
- ** UI/UX Principles**: Strong understanding of mobile **UI/UX** design principles and experience building pixel-perfect interfaces, ensuring consistency and responsiveness across devices.
