**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Guest Service & Hospitality**
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Ensure prompt and professional service, anticipating guests’ needs.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints efficiently.

**Food & Beverage Service**
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel and resort standards.
- Check dishes for accuracy and presentation before serving.
- Ensure all dietary restrictions and special requests are accommodated.
- Clear tables, reset for new guests, and maintain cleanliness throughout service.

**Teamwork & Coordination**
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist fellow servers and support staff as needed.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.

**Sales & Upselling**
- Promote daily specials, signature dishes, and premium beverage options.
- Upsell desserts, wine pairings, and special promotions to enhance the guest experience.

**Operational Duties**
- Maintain proper table settings, utensils, and napkin placements.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience as a server in a hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
