As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for hotel guests. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall guest experience by delivering top-notch cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Room Cleaning**: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms to the hotel's high standards.
- **Supply Management**: Replenish room supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items, and report any inventory shortages.
- **Public Areas**: Clean and maintain public spaces within the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
- **Guest Interaction**: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring their needs are met during their stay.
- **Maintenance Reporting**: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards within guest rooms and public areas to the maintenance team.
- **Laundry**: Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens as required.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
- **Adherence to Standards**: Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, to maintain a secure and organized working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a strong sense of time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
