**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispense medications accurately to inpatients and outpatients as per doctor’s prescriptions
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of medicines
- Monitor expiry dates and manage stock rotation
- Handle billing and documentation as per hospital protocols
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth operations
- Comply with all pharmacy laws and hospital guidelines
- D Pharm or B Pharm qualification (valid Kerala State Pharmacy Council registration is mandatory)
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospital OP & IP pharmacy
- Sound knowledge of pharmaceuticals and hospital pharmacy systems
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
