**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Assistant Operator** to support the efficient operation of our **Double Dummy Offset Machine**. In this role, you will assist in machine setup, operation, maintenance, and quality control to ensure seamless production and superior print quality. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the printing industry and gain hands-on experience with advanced machinery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Assistance**:

- Aid the operator in setting up and calibrating the Double Dummy Offset Machine for production runs.
- Load and align materials such as paper and ink for optimal printing performance.
- Monitor machine performance during operations to ensure smooth functionality.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect printed outputs for consistency, alignment, and overall quality.
- Report defects or irregularities to the operator or supervisor promptly.
- **Maintenance Support**:

- Assist in routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine.
- Support troubleshooting of mechanical issues and perform minor adjustments as directed.
- **Material Management**:

- Organize and prepare printing materials to meet production schedules.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent waste or damage.
- **Safety and Organization**:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when operating or assisting with machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of printing processes (preferred).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the operation of double dummy offset machines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and handle materials as required by the job.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in the printing industry or with offset machines is an advantage.
- Basic mechanical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
