We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as **an E-commerce Website and Mobile Application Testing Intern**. As an intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our e-commerce website and mobile app. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough testing of our e-commerce website and mobile app to identify any bugs, errors, or issues
- Test website and app functionality, usability, and performance to ensure optimal user experience
- Document and report any identified issues, including steps to reproduce and screenshots
- Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements
- Work closely with the project manager to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Maintain accurate records of testing activities and results
- Assist in creating test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Basic understanding of web technologies, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools is a plus
- Prior experience in testing websites or mobile apps is an advantage, but not required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

- Dehra Dun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
