Job Summary: The Global Talent Supply Chain function is looking for an analytical and inventive thinker. In this role, you will work closely with Workforce Planning, Workforce Management and Talent Acquisition teams across the globe, building on your strong analytical skills to support the team with large scale programs and special initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyse the talent supply chain processes, performance and results.
- Align to organization transformation programs and provide special project progress / data analysis to TSC leaders that enable them to achieve their goals, drive decision making and create new strategies where necessary.
- Contribute to the research of industry benchmarking that enables TSC to foresee future talent trends.
- Write narratives and analysis to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.

Role Demands:

- Ability to absorb new information quickly, see all the interdependencies, and act.
- Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes and systems.
- Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing

environment.
- Advanced business analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills including written and oral

communication.

Experience and skill set required:

- MBA or equivalent from a Top Business School with specialization in Human Resources Management, Operations, Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience desired, with a heavy emphasis on process and data, preferably in HR/Recruitment.
