**Job Summary: AI Technical Lead / Solution Anchor Job Summary**:
Is looking for an experienced AI Technical Lead / Solution Anchor to lead the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions for our global clients. As a solution anchor, you will drive the AI technical strategy, architecture, and ensure seamless execution of projects while mentoring teams and ensuring cutting-edge AI innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Architect and lead the development of scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with business requirements.

Define AI solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization.

Provide technical leadership to teams working on AI-driven projects, from ideation to production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define AI strategy, technical roadmaps, and deliverables.

Ensure the use of best practices in AI development, including MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring.

Lead technical troubleshooting and problem resolution in AI project implementations.

Stay informed on the latest AI/ML trends and recommend new technologies and approaches.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.

7+ years of experience in AI/ML project development and technical leadership.

Expertise in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and machine learning libraries.

Deep understanding of AI architecture, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.

Strong communication skills to work with clients and internal teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with edge AI, real-time systems, and ethical AI governance.

Strong background in AI/ML model optimization and deployment in large-scale environments.

Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms are highly desirable
