We are looking for a _**Search Engine Optimizer**_ to optimize and enhance our reach and rankings.

You will be working for the World’s Oldest organized Yoga Institute in Mumbai

**You will be responsible for**:

- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and optimization and be responsible for page optimization for search engine marketing
- Developing optimization strategies that increase institute’s website search engine result rankings
- Closely collaborate with web development team to ensure SEO best practices throughout website content
- Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Change website content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords, website architecture and work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing
- Closely collaborate with web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout the website content
- Manage expenses of SEO campaigns, budget management, estimating costs and reconciling differences.
- When conducting paid search campaigns, the SEO will conduct and execute tests, analyse data and results, identify trends and insights.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or any associated in marketing, communications
- Prior experience in online marketing and handling social media handles.
- Knowledge & understanding of HTML, CSS and various programming languages, familiarity with best tools in the trade with deep understanding of mobile strategy, blogging, press releases, social media and related knowledge for strategies
- Familiar in performing page optimization across a website to ensure search results are relevant and create a positive user experience, growing website traffic, lead volume and brand awareness. The ability to work with back-end SEO elements (. robots.txt, metadata,.htaccess, site speed optimization and all relevant elements)
- Experience with Google’s keywords Tools and Webmaster Tools

**Probationary Period**: 3 months

**Job Type and location** - Onsite, Mumbai (Santacruz-East, close to railway station)

**Working Hours** - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Leave Policy** - 12 Annual leaves in a year that includes National and State Holidays

**Food Policy**:

- Yoga Institute is an Ashram that promotes Satvik and holy living to all. You cannot order food from outside while you are at the institute. Only Vegetarian food is allowed at the Institute. Yoga Institute provides Satvik food to all associates working for them however if the associate wishes to carry his/her own lunch box, it has to be a vegetarian food. STRICTLY NO NON-VEG food will be allowed during working hours.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
