**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise on-site interior design execution as per project plans and layouts.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project implementation.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections to track work progress and resolve on-site challenges.
- Assist in material selection, procurement, and inventory management.
- Prepare daily reports on project progress and communicate updates to the team.
- Ensure safety protocols and guidelines are followed on-site.
- Provide creative input and suggestions for design improvements if needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture design.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
