As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.

Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Solution Architecture & Design**
- Lead the design and delivery of tailored solutions within the CRM ecosystem and Power Platform solutions ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
- Provide architectural guidance, including system integration strategies, data flows, and performance optimization, while adhering to compliance standards such as GDPR and HSE guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and ongoing system enhancements.
- Technical Design Authority for large complex CRM programmers.
- Improving current IT infrastructure, optimizing business operations for efficiency with an emphasis on knowledge sharing among partners/stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management and change control.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their strategic goals and offering innovative solutions to meet business and clinical objectives.
- Partner with internal teams (engineering, project management) to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned.
- Develop technical roadmaps and strategies for CRM adoption and optimization and closely work with customer Enterprise Architect to finalize the solution.
- Deliver high
- and low-level solution designs, blueprints, and architecture documentation.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Provide architectural governance and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

**Technical Leadership**
- Provide guidance to development teams on best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct performance testing and troubleshoot system issues.
- Guide and mentor development teams through the implementation of architectural blueprints.

**Integration & Customization**
- Lead development of custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using Dynamics 365 SDK, Power Automate, and Azure Services like: Azure Function, Service Bus, Logic Apps etc.
- Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
- Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity.

**Power Platform Expertise**
- Build and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Data**Modelling**
- Design and develop data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across various data sources.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.

**Reporting**
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
